ICYMI: Rep. Garcia Hosts Successful Town Hall in the Santa Clarita Valley

SANTA CLARITA, CA - Representative Mike Garcia (CA-27) held a town hall at the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita. More than 500 constituents attended as Rep. Garcia provided an overview of his work in both Washington, D.C. and CA-27. Rep. Garcia engaged in nearly four  hours of great conversation about the issues most important to our community and country.

"My top priority always has been - and always will be - fighting for the constituents of CA-27," said Rep. Garcia. "It's crucial for you to understand my perspective as I represent you in Congress. Our discussions on every issue, vote, and concern were essential. Thank you for making this town hall a success, and I look forward to bringing your ideas back to Washington."

Rep. Garcia highlighted the importance of preventing California’s failed policies from spreading nationwide, emphasizing strong economic, neighborhood, border, national, school, social, and election security. To read more about the event, click here.

Rep. Garcia also presented Sergeant Collin Reddy and Deputy Jeremiah Nurse with the inaugural Community Champion Award. This award is meant to thank and honor exceptional members of CA-27 who have made significant contributions for the betterment of our communities. 

Sgt. Reddy and Deputy Nurse represent the very best of CA-27. God bless these real-life heroes and all of our law enforcement who keep us safe everyday.
