Representative Mike Garcia (CA-27) joined Fox News’s Sunday Night in America with Trey Gowdy to discuss the largest pay raise in history for our junior enlisted troops.

Biggest Pay Raise in History for Junior Enlisted Troops:

“This pay raise that you’re talking about will be the biggest pay raise for enlisted personnel in the history of our country – close to a thirty-six percent increase as a starting salary.

“There’s not anything we can do that’s too much for our troops…This comes on the heels of the Military Spouse Licensing Relief Act, which was my bill that was signed into law that gives spouses who have a professional license, whether they’re doctors, nurses, or teachers, reciprocity across all fifty states so that if their active-duty spouse moves and gets orders to another state, they don’t have to get re-certified. That’s a huge deal for about 150,000 active-duty families."

Military Recruitment Crisis:
